Who is this Bethany person?
From testing out different ways to say “yes” and “no” as a toddler to watching with fascination as nurses at my workplace insert IVs, I’ve always striven to understand everything around me. In my stories, the questions span from the “what” and “how” of science to the “why” and “when” of ethics, morality and culture. When I’m not pondering the mysteries of the universe (or maybe while I am), you can find me sipping chai, enjoying the outdoors, baking bread, making music or admiring swords.
During my twelve years crafting fiction, I have:
- Written 700,000+ words
- Achieved high scores in two honors english classes
- Attended the Author Conservatory, being personally tutored by award winning authors, successful marketing experts, and other industry professionals
- Mentored multiple young writers
- Been a member of the Young Writer’s Workshop for over 4 years
- Served as a Community Assistant at the Young Writer’s Workshop
